Dear VIP pass holder, Firstly, I would like to thank you for your interest in Taps CON and for deciding to purchase a VIP package. I hope your experience at Taps CON will be a memorable one! Secondly, I apologize to you personally, for the delay in confirming your seating for the VIP lectures. There was a minor issue with our email server and we are just now at the point of being able to respond to your request.I must state, we are a bit over the posted "70" requests for the "first come first serve" registrants. However, since we were unable to access our email account here, to gauge our capacity for the seating, we are honoring your request for a seat anyhow! As you know, there is a maximum capacity of 70 persons in the Belleair Amphitheater, which is why we limited the seating to 70. Since we are honoring over that amount, we are now expanding the VIP lecture area into the Candlelight Ballroom, which has seating capacity to accommodate our needs.VIP lectures will not be held solely in the Belleair Amphitheater now!This means we are adding more lectures to the schedule, to better round out your experience.Please know that by YOU receiving this email, that we have noted your request to have seats reserved. As the event gets closer, you will receive an additional email confirming the people that you have registered for lecture seating. If there are errors in our list, we will arrange telephone contact to you, to clear up any discrepancies.Additionally, we appreciate your understanding that this is our inaugural year for Taps CON and that we are in the process of LEARNING what work sand what doesn't. Clearly, the instructions on the web site (VIP page) area little confusing as to how to register for the lectures. We can assure you that next year, it will be less confusing and that auto-confirmation swill be given out upon registration for lectures.Again, we appreciate your patience and your interest in the lectures at Taps CON. Please remember NOT to reply to this message, as it will not be returned. Again, your registration request has been received! If we have additional questions for you, we will be in touch.
